How to care for your everyday jewelry
By Charm Jewelry

Jewelry you wear every day meets water, lotion, perfume and the odd knock. A few small habits keep it looking its best.
Put it on last and take it off first. Get dressed, finish your skincare and perfume, then add your jewelry. At night, take it off before anything else.
Keep it dry. Take rings and bracelets off before washing dishes, swimming or exercising, and dry any piece that gets wet with a soft cloth.
Store pieces on their own. Chains tangle and stones can scratch metal, so give each piece its own pouch or compartment.
Clean gently. A soft, dry cloth is usually enough. For more, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, then rinse and dry completely.
